Dare to Lead



This  ONE-DAY IN-PERSON WORKSHOP provides participants with a quality Dare to Lead™ professional learning experience.

Based on the research of Dr Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program for Leaders.

Brené is a research professor at the University of Houston where she holds the Huffington Foundation – Brené Brown Endowed Chair at The Graduate College of Social Work. She is the author of five #1 New York Times bestsellers including Dare to Lead, which also debuted at #1 on The Wall Street Journal and Publisher’s Weekly list.

Leadership in an educational context that can be defined by scarcity, fear, and uncertainty requires skill-building around traits that are deeply and uniquely human. The irony is that we’re choosing not to invest in developing the hearts and minds of leaders at the exact same time as we’re scrambling to figure out what we have to offer that machines and AI can’t do better and faster. So, what can we do better? Empathy, connection, and courage, to start.


Courage is a collection of four learnt skills. In this workshop, you will learn how to navigate your courage-skills to strengthen your leadership identity and embed courage into your organisation’s culture.
